Summary
Editorial Assistant supporting the CEO of Instructional Empowerment in advancing the organization's brand and thought leadership in K–12 education through content creation and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and refine content including articles, presentations, white papers, and manuscripts while identifying thought leadership opportunities across conferences, podcasts, and media platforms. Maintain editorial quality and consistency, collaborate with team leaders on customer stories and research pieces, and assist with meeting logistics and CEO support.
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in content creation, editing, and Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity in video editing and content management tools; exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, publishing, business, or related field with 3–5 years of professional experience in editing, publishing, marketing, or social media content creation.
Location: Hybrid in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States
Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000/year
