Role Snapshot

The Senior Analyst, Paid Social Media role supports Kaplan's Higher Education marketing by delivering performance analysis and strategic development across various social platforms. This position focuses on measurement, reporting, and insight generation to enhance campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze paid social media performance across platforms, produce executive-level performance reports, and develop standardized reporting dashboards and templates. Create testing calendars with frameworks and hypotheses, manage budget pacing, and collaborate with internal teams on data collection, attribution, and campaign execution.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok), advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, and ability to organize and analyze large datasets. Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking with capacity to work independently under pressure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business and at least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms, spreadsheet applications, and data analysis.
Location: Florida
Compensation: $65K–$162K/yr
