Role Snapshot
Paid internship assisting the Convention and Events Management team in planning and executing the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo, an annual event attracting over 70,000 attendees across four days in October 2026.
Skills & Tools: Event planning experience, knowledge of event management systems and design software, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to lift up to 30 pounds. Professional communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled or recent graduate in fields related to tourism & hospitality, convention, meeting and special event planning. Previous event planning and logistics experience preferred; participation in professional organizations (MPI, PCMA) is a plus.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $15–$25/hr
