In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning experiences that help commercial sales professionals build capability, improve performance, and drive business results. You will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and learning professionals across the globe to create innovative solutions that support sales enablement initiatives. From needs analysis through evaluation, you will leverage instructional design expertise, creativity, and project management skills to deliver impactful learning programs that support organizational goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence sales performance, contribute to business growth, and help create learning experiences that drive measurable results. How You Will Do It Design and develop engaging learning solutions, performance support tools, and sales enablement programs for global audiences. Conduct learning needs analyses and translate business requirements into effective learning strategies. Apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance consulting practices to create impactful learning experiences. Lead projects through the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, storyboarding, development, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and fellow learning professionals to build high-quality solutions. Serve as an internal consultant to identify performance gaps and recommend learning and non-learning solutions. Utilize project management skills to deliver learning initiatives on time and aligned with business objectives. Develop measurement and evaluation plans that assess learning effectiveness and business impact. Research and incorporate emerging learning technologies, trends, and best practices into program designs. Support a collaborative global team environment that promotes innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. What We Look For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions. Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organizations. Knowledge of evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model. Experience designing learning solutions for global audiences. Familiarity with learning technologies, performance support tools, and digital learning platforms. Experience measuring business impact and learning effectiveness. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000-$115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
