Summary
The Financial Aid Administrator at Strategic Education executes transactional and complex financial aid-related activities for new and returning learners in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. This role is critical for ensuring accurate financial aid processing and compliance while supporting the learner experience.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include critical thinking, strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in financial aid systems (PeopleSoft, TotalView, Perceptive Content, Commonline). Candidates must demonstrate accuracy with detail-oriented tasks, ability to work under pressure, and capability to meet productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred) or an associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, plus 1+ year of financial aid, student records, or transferable administrative experience. BBAY experience is highly encouraged.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $22β$33/hr
