Role Snapshot

RCM Support Specialist providing exceptional customer service for ABA billing inquiries and support at Rethink Behavioral Health. This role addresses client questions via multiple communication channels while maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring efficient ticket resolution.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries related to Rethink's Integrated Billing system and ABA billing through phone, email, or chat, closing tickets within 24 hours. Log escalations to appropriate teams, learn billing system operations, support both coasts, and assist users with behavioral health and employer products.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer service background with knowledge of ABA insurance policies, excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and Salesforce proficiency required. Experience with billing systems, A/R management, and software like Tebra, Azalea, Central Reach, Availity, and Stedi preferred.
Qualifications: Associate degree or higher required with strong preference for prior ABA billing experience and familiarity with relevant billing software. Experience managing A/R processes and knowledge of billing system interfaces is strongly preferred.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $40K–$60K/yr
