Summary

Senior Specialist in Learning & Development responsible for designing, developing, and executing enterprise-level Tax learning solutions at CohnReznick. This role translates learning strategy into high-quality, scalable curricula and learning experiences across U.S. and global offices.

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end instructional design and development of Tax learning programs including needs analysis, curriculum architecture, and evaluation. Design level-based technical learning pathways, develop interactive eLearning and blended programs, partner with Tax subject matter experts, and measure learning effectiveness.

Skills & Tools: Expert-level instructional design and learning experience design (LxD) best practices, curriculum architecture, eLearning development, adult learning principles, and project management. Strong partnership and communication skills to translate complex technical content into engaging, learner-centered experiences.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, typically in Instructional Design, Education, L&D, or related field with 5+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience in a professional services or technical environment. Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable learning solutions and working with subject matter experts.

Location: Remote (Georgia, US); no office proximity required but may be required to attend CohnReznick office for client work, meetings, or trainings with scheduled notice.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $75,000 – $95,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
