This role combines strategic data leadership with hands-on delivery of custom analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Own enterprise data architecture and strategy across product verticals; lead end-to-end data migrations including planning, design, ETL execution, and client sign-offs; assess data readiness, develop custom dashboards and BI solutions, and advise clients on data governance; manage third-party integrations and agentic AI capabilities; build organizational data frameworks and maintain legacy client continuity.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level data architecture, ETL/data pipeline design, and data migration execution; proficiency with analytics platforms, BI tools, and SQL; strong consulting and stakeholder management abilities; knowledge of data governance, AI/ML concepts, and prescriptive analytics; excellent project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications: 10+ years of data engineering, architecture, or analytics leadership experience, with proven track record managing enterprise-scale data migrations and building data-driven products; bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Location: Remote - Remote (US Only)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $180,000 – $240,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Job Description The Director, Data Strategy & Services is responsible for leading enterprise‑wide data architecture, data migration, analytics services, integrations, and insights across all product verticals. This role ensures data is high quality, governed, analytics‑ready, and aligned to business and client outcomes. The Director partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Client Success to deliver scalable, repeatable, and value‑driven data solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise

Data Architecture & Strategy Architecture Ownership: Own, evolve, and scale the enterprise data architecture supporting all product verticals.

Operational Standards: Establish standards, best practices, and repeatable patterns for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption.

Roadmap Alignment: Align data strategy directly with internal product roadmaps, engineering timelines, and advanced client analytics needs. 2.

Data Migration Leadership Planning & Design: * Define data migration scopes, constraints, historical requirements, and success criteria. Design data mapping, transformation, enrichment, validation, and rollback protocols. Partner with stakeholders to establish testing cycles, cutover plans, and client approvals.

Execution & Delivery: Oversee extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into test, UAT, and production environments. Lead iterative migration cycles, resolve technical anomalies, and manage post-migration hypercare/remediation. Deliver comprehensive migration completion documentation and client sign-offs. 3. IQ Data Services & Consulting Data Readiness: Assess source data usability; cleanse, normalize, and de-duplicate data sets to make them analytics-ready.

Custom Analytics & BI: Translate complex business objectives into custom dashboards, defining metrics, visualizations, filters, and refresh cadences.

Strategy Consulting: Advise clients on data collection methodologies (timing, frequency, automation) and practical data governance/stewardship operating frameworks. 4. Premium Offerings, Commercialization, & Insights Help define, manage, and mature the delivery workflows and quality standards associated with the Company’s AI Analytics subscription service offerings.

Prescriptive Analytics: Operationalize benchmarking frameworks and peer-group analysis, translating data into executive-ready insights for priority customer segments.

Service Commercialization: Track measurable client outcomes to develop case studies; partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to support go-to-market and thought-leadership activities. 5. Third-Party

Integrations & Agentic AI Integration Roadmap: Scope, prioritize, and support deal-driven integrations with third-party platforms to enhance workflow analytics.

Agentic Capabilities: Contribute to the creation, refinement, and client-facing alignment of agentic roles and AI-enabled capabilities. 6. Organizational

Leadership & Legacy Client Continuity Org Design: Build out the core Data Strategy & Services operating models, documentation standards, and prioritization frameworks.

Legacy Continuity: Maintain high-level Project Manager/Customer Engagement continuity for designated legacy accounts (requirements definition, risk management, internal coordination) during the initial transition framework. Lead the creation and execution of cross-functional and cross-product data best practices. Key Performance

Deliverables Create and maintain Data Playbooks: Recommended operating models, prioritization frameworks, and service definitions for the scaled Data Strategy organization.

Create and maintain Technical Checklists: Robust service packages, data migration roadmaps, governance documentation, and architectural mapping guides. Momentive IQ Professional Services revenue in alignment with commercial targets. Team billable utilization equal to or greater than goal. Client NPS scores equal to or greater than goals. Job Qualifications

Experience & Education Professional Experience: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy.

Migration Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success in structuring and executing complex enterprise data migrations and third-party software integrations.

Consulting Background: Previous client-facing professional services or premium data consulting experience is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent technical field. Data management or governance certifications (e.g., DAMA‑CDMP).

Core Competencies Advanced Technology Literacy: Strategic understanding of BI tools, ETL architectures, cloud compliance, and modern agentic AI applications. Cross-Functional

Influence: Proven ability to partner dynamically across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success silos to operationalize data products and services.
