The Product Design Strategist will lead design strategy and vision for Paper's products, driving user-centered design decisions that impact the company's market position. This role bridges design, product, and business to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product design strategies, conduct user research and competitive analysis, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to define design requirements and oversee implementation. Lead design processes from concept through launch while mentoring design team members.

Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in design thinking, user research methodologies, and digital product design; strong strategic thinking, cross-functional communication, and ability to balance user needs with business objectives. Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, and data-driven design decisions.

Qualifications: 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design impact and leadership in design roles. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
