About the Role
Draw on your people and technical leadership skills delivering world-class enterprise scale software solutions from start-ups to large corporate environments. You will lead a large team (c.200 FTE) in the creation of complex software products at scale.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, building, inspiring and retaining diverse high performing collaborative teams, and key contributors
- Providing external insights for the business and technology leadership teams to support strategic ambitions. Balancing the technology roadmap, stability, resiliency with commercial driven demands.
- Owning responsibility for full departmental budget and resource planning, as well as product development and delivery responsibility. Supporting $300M in revenue.
- Promoting and driving a culture of software engineering excellence. Being a highly collaborative and inclusive communicator.
- Driving effective operational change through process and organizational improvement
Requirements
- Demonstrate a highly technical metrics-driven skill-set
- Demonstrate refined interpersonal skills as well as deep commercial acumen
- Be a key contributor to both technical and business strategy
- Possess knowledge and practical experience in advanced analytics, particularly Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, leading edge visualization and engagement technologies
- Have experience developing and supporting innovative solutions at scale across a portfolio of solutions
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
