The Senior Payroll Specialist – APAC manages accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across India and other APAC countries, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure statutory compliance and excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing including salaries, incentives, bonuses, and adjustments; statutory compliance management (PF, ESI, Income Tax); payroll validation, reconciliation, and reporting; Full & Final settlements; and resolution of employee payroll queries.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of Indian payroll and tax laws; proficiency with payroll systems (SAP, ADP, QuickBooks); advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables; high attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and clear communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in shared services or outsourcing environments, with exposure to APAC payroll processes.

About the Role: The Senior Payroll Specialist – APAC plays a critical role in managing accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across India and other APAC countries. This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and an excellent employee experience. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing, audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements. How you will make an impact Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for India and assigned APAC countries, including salaries, incentives, bonuses, arrears, and adjustments Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax (TDS/TCS), and other country‑specific requirements Review, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs such as attendance, timesheets, new joiners, exits, and data changes Handle Full & Final settlements, including leave encashment, gratuity calculations, and notice pay recoveries Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and audit documentation for internal and external audits Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations and continuous improvement What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field 5+ years of hands‑on experience in payroll processing, preferably within a shared services or outsourcing environment Strong knowledge of Indian payroll, tax laws, and statutory compliance, with exposure to APAC payroll processes Experience working with payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, QuickBooks, or similar tools Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and ability to manage confidential data Clear communication skills and confidence in handling employee and stakeholder interactions We power infinite possibilities.
