Role Snapshot
The part-time Director of School Support at Achievement Network partners with school leaders in Camden, NJ to strengthen instructional systems and improve student outcomes in Mathematics through coaching, professional development, and data-driven support.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with and coach school leaders to strengthen math instruction and student achievement, serve as an instructional leadership coach, facilitate professional learning, and collaborate to identify and address instructional inequities while maintaining strong relationships with school partners.
Skills & Tools: 5–7 years of school leadership coaching experience, expertise in instructional strategy and change management, strong communication skills, data-oriented mindset, and ability to design and facilitate adult learning.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in standards-based leadership and demonstrated ability to design and facilitate adult learning for school and district teams.
Location: Camden, New Jersey
Compensation: $73/hr
