Role Snapshot
Lead Learning Ally's Site Reliability Engineering and Security team to enhance platform performance, reliability, and security while supporting educational technology serving millions of students. Drive infrastructure optimization and DevOps practices across a modernizing tech stack.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage DevOps and Cybersecurity teams to optimize platform performance, develop infrastructure roadmaps, and implement automation for CI/CD pipelines. Address security vulnerabilities, ensure high-quality output, and support the architecture of foundational educational systems.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years in software engineering and operations with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools. Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience and knowledge of security compliance practices.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years managing engineering teams with 10+ years in software engineering and operations. Experience in education technology, managing large data sets, and maintaining security compliance is preferred.
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $130Kβ$180K/yr
