Job Description

The Role

This is a senior leadership role for an architect who is equally comfortable in a client boardroom, in a technical design review, and in a proposal war room. You’ll architect AI- and data-driven solutions for our most strategic engagements, contribute to the reusable IP that powers our offerings, and partner with sales leaders to shape and win new work.

You will operate across three connected pillars:

1. Solution Architecture for AI-Enabled Delivery

Lead architecture and technical strategy for client engagements spanning data platforms, application modernization, AI/ML, and agentic systems. Design solutions that integrate cloud infrastructure, modern data stacks, and AI capabilities — and ensure those solutions are delivered using AI-assisted engineering practices that compress timelines without compromising quality.

2. Accelerator and Offering Development

Contribute to and evolve Resultant’s portfolio of reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and methodology assets (anchored to our Unified Delivery Platform approach). Every engagement should leave Resultant with reusable IP. You’ll help define what “good” looks like, raise the bar on repeatability, and partner with engineering leaders to operationalize accelerators across our six core service offerings.

3. Pre-Sales and Go-to-Market Partnership

Partner with sales, account, and offering leaders on RFPs, executive briefings, scoping workshops, and proposal architecture. Translate client business outcomes into credible technical approaches, sized estimates, and differentiated narratives. Build relationships with our cloud and platform partners (Google Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic) to drive joint pursuits.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture on strategic engagements across public sector and commercial clients
  • Architect AI and agentic solutions — including LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, agent workflows, Document AI, and Contact Center AI — grounded in real business outcomes, not hype
  • Design modern data platforms (lakehouse, warehouse, streaming, governance) that serve as the foundation for analytics and AI
  • Shape AI-assisted delivery practices on engagements, including responsible-use guardrails when working in regulated environments
  • Author and review reference architectures, accelerator designs, and methodology artifacts
  • Lead technical discovery, scoping, and estimation for new opportunities; serve as the technical voice on executive proposals
  • Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders; contribute to architect career pathing and craft standards
  • Maintain compliance posture for regulated workloads, including HIPAA, CJIS, FedRAMP/StateRAMP, and SOC 2 environments where applicable
  • Represent Resultant in partner ecosystems and at industry events
