We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support Figma’s Chief Marketing Officer and 2 Marketing VPs to strategically manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Marketing organization, while also contributing significantly to projects and initiatives that help drive the company’s priorities. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported at a VP or C-Suite level before.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our San Francisco hub.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Provide direct support to 3 executives; CMO, VP of Communications, Content, and Community Marketing, and VP of Growth Marketing.
- Manage leadership calendars, meetings, business travel arrangements and expenses
- Act as a key liaison between the CMO and her leadership team, the entire Marketing department, and the company
- Prepare reports and other confidential materials
- Build regular slides and content for the CMO, using Figma and FigJam
- Partner with CMO and Marketing Leadership team to plan for monthly and quarterly meetings, coordinating the content and slides with relevant stakeholders
- Act as an on the ground representative for the CMO
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing demands
- Demonstrated ability in prioritization and seeing around corners
- Demonstrated ability of being trustworthy, reliable and will maintain strictest confidentiality
- Stellar communication skills and can connect with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in person, virtually, and over email
- Demonstrated ability in fostering inclusivity
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- An affinity for Figma and an interest in becoming an expert in our product
- Previous experience supporting Marketing or Sales teams
