Role Snapshot

Training Specialist responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training content for contact center agents supporting client applications. This role ensures agents are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively address user issues.

Key Responsibilities: Develop curriculum for instructor-led training and self-study modules, identify training and developmental needs, and deliver training to onsite trainers. Drive suitable training initiatives that align with organizational brand promise and support agent performance.
Skills & Tools: Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities with proficiency in creating training materials for diverse learning formats. Excellent communication, presentation, and adult learning principles expertise required.
Qualifications: Typically requires 2-3 years of training or instructional design experience, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in training, education, or related field preferred.
Location: Robein
Compensation: Estimated: $45,000 โ€“ $58,000/year based on Training Specialist role, staffing company placement, and rural Virginia location
