As a Product Designer, you will craft useful, engaging, and usable workflows and experiences that help people be more effective in frontline environments. The design team partners closely with Product Management and Development and gets involved during discovery to understand the market, business, and user needs that inform the work that we do. At Axonify, every designer is an advocate for solving real problems and supporting important workflows for people on the frontline.

The impact you'll have:
- Understand the problem space: Collaborate on UX research to better understand the needs, pain points, and use cases of end users in the roles that we serve. Analyze adjacent solutions in the platform to promote consistency and alignment.
- Explore solutions: Create flows, sketches, prototypes, and visuals to support the workflows to address user needs and pain points. With support, contribute to UX research and usability studies to refine and enhance the solutions.
- Contribute to team culture and impact: Use and evolve our design system. Participate in design team critiques, including offering your voice and perspective. Provide a rationale for your decisions and, with support, advocate for design process and practices.
What you'll bring:
- 2 years of product design experience for web applications
- A portfolio with at least one robust sample project that outlines your contributions and approach
- A demonstrated passion for any of the UX sub-disciplines, such as information architecture, interaction design, visual design, or accessibility
- Knowledge of current patterns and best practices
- A sense of curiosity that informs your collaboration, your work, and your approach to ambiguity
