Summary

Senior Director of Data and Performance leads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of data systems and analytics infrastructure for Acelero, Inc., an early childhood education organization. This role ensures data practices promote transparency, compliance, equity, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Lead data governance frameworks and infrastructure partnerships with IT; oversee development and management of internal and external dashboards and analytics tools; provide executive-ready reports and actionable insights for performance management and compliance tracking; ensure timely submission of federal data reports (Head Start, PIR, monitoring reviews); serve as liaison to delegate leaders and governing bodies; standardize data practices through SOPs and KPIs.

Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in data analytics, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, data governance, and performance reporting; excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and five years of relevant experience in data analytics and systems leadership preferred, particularly in early childhood education sectors.

Location: Remote from United States of America with travel required for meetings

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000/year
