Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based mental health services to students, collaborate with school counselors and other providers, build trusted relationships with students and families, and participate in clinical team discussions. Skills & Tools: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with EHR systems, and excellent technological abilities. Preferred skills include fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin) and experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT.

Qualifications: Active clinical license in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, ASW, APC, or AMFT); associate licensed therapists also considered. Required experience delivering care to school-aged children; preferred experience working in school settings or with youth populations.

Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr
