Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help us amplify Via TRM’s brand presence in the international education market. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, as well as content creation, event coordination, and social media management. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of a fast-growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web.
- Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
- Social Media Management: Manage Via TRM’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote webinars, conferences, and other industry events, ensuring Via TRM has a strong presence and visibility.
- Data & Analytics: Track and report on marketing campaign performance, gathering insights and making recommendations for optimization.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and product launches.
- CRM Management: Assist with CRM (HubSpot) data entry and maintenance, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing leads and campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, ed-tech, or travel-related industries.
- Experience with social media management and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to create engaging content across various formats.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, with experience in supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM software to track campaign performance.
- A passion for international education and a strong interest in global learning and travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search.
- Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing strategies
