Role Snapshot

The Development Coordinator, Corporate will provide critical administrative support to corporate fundraising initiatives at the National FFA Organization, serving as the primary contact for local fundraising programs. This entry-level role actively manages corporate partner employee giving programs and coordinates communication and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate partner employee giving programs, assist in scholarship and retail/dealer network fundraising efforts, and coordinate communication plans and local engagement programs. Work collaboratively with volunteers, foundation staff, and corporate partners while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional donor service.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication, project management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Must demonstrate professionalism, initiative, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and experience making cold calls.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of experience in fund development, preferably in higher education or agriculture-related organizations. Must have a demonstrated record of completing assignments and willingness to learn.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $40K–$55K/yr
