Digital Test Administration, Director College Board – GST LATAM Location: This is a hybrid role and requires the candidate to be on-site at San Juan, Puerto Rico office every Tuesday and Wednesday and as per business needs Type: This is a full-time position Digital Test Administration, Director About the Team The Test Registration and Administration (TRA) team is part of the Assessment Operations Division that executes and supports value chain processes core to the successful delivery of College Board test administrations. We strive to ensure that all students and testing staff are provided with a flawless testing experience, and in so doing, we continually assess and remove blockers which may affect this goal and identify enhancements which enable us to exceed it. We do this by actively learning, improving, and optimizing our processes. This includes onboarding and management of testing sites and ensuring coordinators have the tools and information they need to administer our assessments with excellence, and leading effective and timely resolution of testing anomalies and irregularities that occur before, during, and after a test administration. About the Opportunity As the Director of Digital Test Administration, you will play a critical role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality testing experiences for thousands of students across Puerto Rico and Latin America. As part of a dynamic team responsible for test administration across the region, you will lead the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of digital testing operations while also executing key operational activities. You will oversee and actively execute key components of digital test administration, including registration processes, scheduling, resource planning, and operational readiness, ensuring that all testing events are executed consistently and aligned with established standards. You will identify risks, drive process improvements, and implement scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability across administrations. Working closely with cross-functional teams within Assessment Operations and Technology, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution of testing activities. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of the testing process and ensuring that every student has a fair and standardized testing experience. In this role, you will: Task Management and Strategy: (40%) Plan, manage, and oversee all operational processes related to digital test administrations throughout Puerto Rico and Latin America. Develop, maintain, and execute calendar of annual test delivery activities across all digital test administrations Identify and secure test locations, equipment, resources, and materials to support digital test administrations Develop, review, and maintain updated administrative documentation and instructive materials Communicate and support other units and outside institutions to ensure compliance with test administration regulations and guidelines Coordinate with test-takers, proctors, and other staff to ensure compliance with digital test administration process Identify operational issues during test administrations and take immediate action to resolve or escalate as appropriate. Oversight and Quality: (40%) Monitor and ensure completion of tasks as established in the digital test administration calendar Keep detailed and accurate records for every testing event, including registration data, logistics, staffing, and incident reports. Ensure that all digital test administration procedures are followed correctly and that test materials are prepared and distributed accurately Process invoices related to test administration in a timely manner Coordinate students’ accommodations requests, once approved, with the test centers Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to communicate status, trends, and findings to leadership. Perform the digital test administration simulations or pilots as needed and manage results Support the organization: (20%) Provide timely and accurate support to candidates, institutions, coordinators, and internal colleagues via phone, email, and other channels. Engage with key stakeholders including school administrators, test coordinators, Test Center Representatives, and College Board program teams to foster a collaborative environment Support cross-functional efforts to resolve complex issues that span testing operations, customer support, or program administration. Serve as a technically savvy resource for the team, applying strong systems knowledge and low‑code/no‑code approaches to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement effective solutions without reliance on full engineering support. Take on additional duties as needed to support the broader goals of the team About you You have: 4+ years of relevant Operations and/or administrative experience Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, adept at following a workplan Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision Strong communication abilities and a commitment to customer service excellence Experience with budget management and administrative processes Proficient in both English and Spanish; fully skilled in Microsoft Office Analytical, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving Open to occasionally working flexible hours and “On Call” working schedules. About Our Process Application review will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days.
