Job Description
We’re looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist who is a strong communicator and passionate about connecting people to purpose. In this role, you will help bring Blackbaud’s global CSR strategy to life across India by supporting employee giving, volunteering, and engagement programs that make a meaningful impact. Working closely with global CSR, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion partners, you’ll enable experiences that empower employees to give back while growing your expertise in program coordination within a purpose-driven organization. Based in our Hyderabad office, you will play a key role in bridging global initiatives with regional relevance—ensuring employees have opportunities to support nonprofit partners, celebrate cultural moments, and contribute to Blackbaud’s mission of powering social impact. What you'll do • Deliver impactful CSR programs by supporting the execution of employee giving, matching gifts, volunteer engagement, and grantmaking initiatives • Ensure operational excellence by processing and tracking donations, sponsorships, and payment requests in alignment with internal financial processes • Maintain and optimize CSR tools and platforms to provide a seamless employee experience and ensure accurate data and reporting • Analyze program performance by running reports that track engagement, impact, and regional participation trends to inform decision-making • Create meaningful engagement opportunities by coordinating end-to-end logistics for volunteer events, global campaigns, and team-based initiatives • Build strong community connections by identifying and supporting partnerships with local nonprofit organizations across Hyderabad and broader India • Foster inclusion and belonging by supporting affinity group programming, cultural celebrations, and awareness initiatives in partnership with global and regional leaders What you'll bring • 2 to 4 years of experience in program coordination, administration, CSR, or employee engagement, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Knowledge of program operations and data management, including tracking systems and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy • Understanding of employee engagement strategies and CSR program delivery, including volunteerism, giving programs, or community partnerships • Strong technical proficiency with productivity and data tools, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment while working effectively across cultures and time zones Stay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Blackbaud powers social impact through purpose‑driven technology and responsible AI.
