Should demonstrate product expertise, strategic advisory capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or SaaS/EdTech environments. Preferred qualifications include K-12 school support experience and knowledge of school safety programs.
