Summary

Quality Assurance Analyst supporting Amplify's Supply Chain Quality Assurance team to monitor compliance metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Monitor compliance and performance metrics against established thresholds, compile data from supply chain systems to generate weekly and monthly reports, and maintain accurate documentation of QA processes. Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel or Google Sheets), and ability to interpret data trends. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
Qualifications: Familiarity with quality assurance concepts and data analysis fundamentals required. Prior experience in corporate Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Supply Chain Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director of Quality Assurance, this role will focus on monitoring key metrics and ensuring they remain within established thresholds. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to begin a career in quality assurance and compliance. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and compliance standards that drive operational excellence in our supply chain.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Metrics Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor compliance and performance metrics to ensure alignment with established thresholds. Identify deviations and report findings to the Director of Quality Assurance for review and resolution
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data from various supply chain systems and generate weekly and monthly compliance reports. Summarize insights and trends to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance processes, metrics, and compliance reports. Assist in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials relating to Quality Assurance processes
  • Compliance Support: Assist in identifying areas of non-compliance and contribute to investigations by gathering necessary data. Track corrective and preventive action plans to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support quality assurance initiatives. Provide administrative support for QA efforts, including meeting scheduling and note-taking

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance and compliance
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to interpret data trends
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in corporate Quality Assurance or Regulatory Compliance

What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
