Role Snapshot
Director of Human Resources at Ascend Learning seeking a strategic HR leader to align business objectives with employees and management, driving organizational excellence and innovative HR strategies across the commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business plans, provide leadership guidance to commercial teams, lead organizational change initiatives, oversee employee relations and compliance, and utilize data analytics to drive HR decision-making and measure effectiveness.
Skills & Tools: Strategic HR leadership with exceptional consulting and communication skills, strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, and proven ability to drive organizational productivity and talent development.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with 10+ years of HR experience and prior commercial business partnership experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
Location: Burlington, Massachusetts
Compensation: $120Kβ$180K/yr
