Role Snapshot
Contract-based Learning and Development Training Specialist role at KPMG focused on designing and implementing advanced learning programs and supporting organizational learning transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Create learning design concepts and curricula, establish learning objectives, develop advanced learning design projects with budgets and timelines, and conduct evaluations to ensure effectiveness. Develop LinkedIn Learning integration pathways and change management strategies tailored to different organizational segments.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in learning design methodologies, curriculum development, project management, and learning transformation platforms (LinkedIn Learning). Strong ability to conduct research, partner with subject matter experts, and implement change management strategies.
Qualifications: Minimum three years of recent L&D curriculum design and implementation experience with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Pay Rate Range
90 - 130 USD hourly
- Create design concepts for learning activities including approach and materials
- Establish learning objectives, gather information, research and partner with SMEs as needed
- Leverage a variety of learning design methodologies to create learning programs that fit the need and audience
- Develop and support advanced learning design projects including project plans, communication required for project, and project budget lines
- Conduct non-standard evaluation of learning activities and ongoing audit of current learning activities to ensure most effective methods are used and content is current and delivered in the most efficient and effective manner
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of recent experience Learning and Development Curriculum Design and Implementation
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Learning Transformation
- Work with client and LinkedIn learning counterpart to develop and transform learning and development to integrate LinkedIn learning curriculum into the client ecosystem
- Develop/create learning pathways based on audience segmentation for each learning path (for example, finance learning pathway may be different from an IT/Engineering learning pathway)
- Develop change management/roll-out strategies to employees
