This role involves quality control checks and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: Conduct quality control checks on interactive products, develop a thorough understanding of products and services, and communicate issues to stakeholders while performing related duties as assigned.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications: Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies, experience with content management software is preferred, and relevant industry-recognized certifications are encouraged.
Location: Lubbock, TX, US; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote after probation.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $65,000.

Job Summary:
The Interactive Content Specialist is responsible for creating and uploading interactive materials to support high-quality educational products, following tasks assigned by the Interactive Content Lead and Quality Control Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Control checks on interactive products and services to ensure that they meet industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of interactive products and services.
- Communicate interactive content issues and results to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Recommended Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of content management software.
- Ability to adapt when formatting changes arise.Â
- Excellent mental flexibility in order to align with project priorities.
Education & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Basic computer and online technology experience.Â
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
