Summary
Interactive Content Specialist at iCEV creates and manages interactive educational materials for career and technical education programs. The role ensures quality standards are met and effectively supports learners through innovative digital content.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality control checks on interactive products to meet industry standards, develop thorough understanding of products and services, and communicate content issues to stakeholders. Perform related duties as assigned by the Interactive Content Lead and Quality Control Manager.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies and computer/online technology experience required. Content management software experience and industry-recognized certifications preferred.
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr
