Summary

Instructional Designer at Deel responsible for creating engaging learning content and training programs that support the company's global workforce and product adoption. The role directly impacts employee development and organizational capability across 150+ countries.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials including courses, training modules, and documentation for employees and customers. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective training solutions aligned with Deel's products and processes.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in instructional design principles, learning management systems (LMS), and course development tools; strong communication and project management abilities. Experience with adult learning theory, curriculum design, and multimedia content creation is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field with 2-5 years of instructional design experience. Portfolio demonstrating course design and development work required.
Location: United States (Remote or Hybrid - specific arrangement not specified)
Compensation: Estimated: $65,000 – $85,000/year based on mid-level instructional designer role at a well-funded fintech company in the US market
