Role Snapshot
Echo360 is seeking a Customer Learning Expert to support post-onboarding training and enablement, driving product adoption and customer retention. This role bridges customer education, sales enablement, and solutions engineering to maximize customer success with Echo360 solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training sessions, create and maintain enablement content including tutorials and video walkthroughs, and facilitate workshops and webinars. Act as a consultative partner to Customer Success Managers, track training impact through data and feedback, and support certification program development.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person), proficiency in Zoom, Salesforce, LMS platforms, and screen recording/editing tools. Ability to simplify complex workflows for diverse personas and strong product curiosity paired with passion for helping people learn.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field required. 3+ years of experience in customer training, customer success, solutions consulting, or sales enablement, preferably in SaaS or EdTech environments.

Compensation: $80Kβ$100K/yr
