Manager, Retail Media Advertising at Macmillan Learning will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns focused on driving book discovery and sales growth. This role serves as the in-house expert on Amazon marketing, advising publisher teams and establishing performance benchmarks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Own strategy, execution, and optimization of backlist-focused retail media campaigns on Amazon platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP). Manage relationships with Amazon representatives and agency partners, train publisher teams on best practices, collaborate on product optimization, and leverage AI/automation tools to improve campaign efficiency.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years in digital retail media advertising with deep expertise in Amazon Ads platform and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills, proficiency with analytics tools, and familiarity with AI advertising tools and automation features.
Qualifications: Experience in book publishing or consumer products industry with proven track record in performance marketing. Demonstrated expertise in data-driven campaign optimization and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into high-performing campaigns.

Compensation: $70Kβ$75K/yr
