Summary

Provide teletherapy services to students across North Carolina as an LCSWA Supervisor at Daybreak Health. Make a meaningful impact on young people's mental health in a flexible, supportive, and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to students, build trusted relationships with students and families, and collaborate with school counselors and other providers. Provide psychoeducation, participate in case consultations and team discussions, and contribute to the development of clinical programs.

Skills & Tools: Strong teletherapy skills, ability to build trusting relationships with diverse populations, effective collaboration with school staff and mental health providers, and knowledge of psychoeducation techniques.

Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with supervisory experience required. Preferred candidates have experience working with children and adolescents.

Location: North Carolina

Compensation: $80–$130/hr
