Job Description
Job Title: eLearning Administrative Assistant
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Starting Salary: $17.87 - $19.66 (wage to commensurate with experience)

What you’ll do:
- Maintain and manage data related to software documentation, training materials, and internal training assignments
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to our Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledge Hub
- Collect, analyze, and report on data from various sources (Google Analytics, LMS, RMS, etc.)
- Assist with course configurations and enrollment management
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and assign projects based on departmental needs
What you’ll bring:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred – or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general PC applications
- Ability to follow directions, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and data reporting tools is a plus
