Role Snapshot

Assistant Peer Review Performance Manager at Wiley responsible for supporting peer review processes and performance management within the academic publishing division. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing peer review workflows, tracking reviewer performance metrics, and coordinating communication between editors and reviewers. Support performance analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the peer review operation.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across teams, and basic data analysis or reporting capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, publishing, life sciences, or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience in publishing, operations, or administrative support. Familiarity with academic publishing or peer review processes is beneficial.
Location: In-Person - Tokyo, Japan
Compensation: ¥3.2M–¥4.2M/yr (estimated)
