Summary
Join WorldStrides' Sales Operations team as a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to manage sales compensation processes and drive sales performance through reporting, analytics, and operational excellence. This role is critical for ensuring accurate, compliant, and data-informed sales operations that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Calculate and validate monthly and quarterly commissions, maintain dashboards and reports on sales performance metrics, and act as the primary point of contact for commission inquiries. Support sales enablement initiatives, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight) with familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field with 1β2 years of relevant experience in compensation, data analytics, sales operations, or payroll. Strong analytical and organizational skills with comfort handling confidential information and a process-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
