The B2B Marketing Consultant/Intern supports Per Scholas' B2B enterprise marketing strategy to drive awareness, leads, and enrollments with employers. This new position is key to developing the organization's Enterprise Solution offering and building talent pipelines with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in strategic execution of B2B marketing efforts, support daily administrative tasks, collect and analyze data from marketing activities, create and deploy marketing emails, and update marketing tools and content. Support employer engagement and lead generation through the sales funnel.
Skills & Tools: Marketing fundamentals, email marketing, data analysis, CRM and marketing tool proficiency, lead generation, employer engagement, and strong organizational skills. Written and verbal communication abilities required.
Qualifications: Marketing work or education background with interest in B2B marketing and sales pipeline development. Experience in lead generation, sales funnel management, and employer advocacy preferred.

Position: B2B Marketing Consultant/Intern

Reports to: Senior Manager B2B Marketing

Location: National

Schedule: 20 Hours max weekly

SUMMARY

The B2B Marketing Consultant/Intern is a new position at Per Scholas to support our B2B enterprise marketing strategy to drive awareness, leads, engagement, and enrollments with employers.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing work or education background and an interest in supporting a B2B marketing sales engine and experience including generating leads, fostering through the sales funnel, and employer advocacy. This is a key role, as we develop our new Enterprise Solution offering, where we partner with visionary employers, from Fortune 500 companies to innovative startups, to build a robust talent pipeline for now and the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the strategic execution of Per Scholas’ B2B marketing efforts
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Work with the team to collect and analyze data from B2B marketing activities
  • Assist with the creation and deployment of marketing emails
  • Support and update features and content on Per Scholas’ website
  • Assist in developing, deploying, and measuring marketing promotional activities (e.g., social media and paid ads)
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Support and update features and content on Per Scholas’ website
  • Closely adhere to organizational brand guidelines and design/type standards
  • Interpret and report on digital marketing analytics

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Comfortable with an unpaid internship
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams and to organize time accordingly
  • Excellent attention to detail; handles constructive feedback; ability to meet deadlines; willingness to continually improve competencies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques and campaign creation
  • Experience with marketing collateral development including social media content creation and management
  • Proficiency at Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite

Preferred but not required

  • Experience and knowledge of business-to-business marketing, lead generation, sales processes, and account management
  • Knowledge and experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Wordpress
  • Copywriting and editing experience

Holidays & PTO: Full-Time Per Scholas team members enjoy over 40 days of paid time off each year through a mix of holidays, vacation, and sick/personal time! All employees are eligible for Holiday pay upon hire (a total of 22 holidays annually, including a week off for Independence day and a week before the New Year). Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a current 100% employer match on contributions up to 6%, eligible employees are offered entry and full vesting after 90 days with the company.
