As an SAP CPQ Business Analyst at Sanoma Learning, you'll shape and develop the newly implemented Clarity/SAP CPQ solution, directly supporting Sales teams across European operating companies. You'll serve as the subject matter expert, working with cross-functional teams to improve the CPQ solution and related sales processes.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business representatives and cross-functional teams to configure, optimize, and maintain the SAP CPQ solution. Support Sales teams across different European operating companies, collaborate with the Product Owner on process improvements, and ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of SAP CPQ scripting, rule engine, and pricing logic; strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies; understanding of SAP ecosystem integration (ERP, CRM); ability to work independently as a self-starter and effective team player.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or comparable role with cross-functional collaboration experience; fluency in English (written and verbal); demonstrated expertise in CPQ principles, configuration, and business case modeling; knowledge of SAP ecosystem and preferably Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).
Location: Spain
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is €45,000 – €65,000/year based on Senior Business Analyst title, 3+ years SAP CPQ expertise, and Spain/European location.

Type of contract: permanent contract of employment 📌 About the position As an SAP CPQ Business Analyst, you’ll play an important role in shaping and developing our newly implemented Clarity / SAP CPQ solution. Your work will directly support Sales teams across Sanoma’s different operating companies in Europe. You’ll join an international team and organisation, with colleagues located across the countries where Sanoma is active. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, help improve the CPQ solution and related sales processes, and make a real impact. As the CPQ Business Analyst subject matter expert, you’ll work closely with business representatives and a range of cross-functional teams that the solution depends on. 👤 About You Our ideal candidate is an experienced SAP CPQ Business Analyst who has worked in large enterprise, international, environment. This puts additional importance on the (English) language and communication skills. We believe that the ideal should recognize themselves in the following success factors: Self-starter who works effectively and independently. The candidate must be detail oriented. Strong team player and communicator, experienced in the Agile way-of-working and Scrum.

Sparring Partner: The ability to be a good sparring partner for the Product Owner as well as process experts/stakeholders.

Communication and Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organisational skills are required.

Decision Making: Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions.

Focus on Results: Drives for result and has problem solving ability.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential. 🎓 Required Knowledge and Experience We are looking for a professional with the following background and expertise: A minimum of 3 years work experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role. Demonstrated cross functional knowledge and collaboration, including the ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together. Fluency in English language, both written and verbally. ⚙️ Functional and Methodological Knowledge Multiple years of experience with SAP CPQ’s scripting and rule engine and solid understanding of CPQ principles, configuration, and pricing logic. Understanding of the SAP ecosystem, such as integration with SAP ERP and (Salesforce) CRM. Knowledge of and experience in business case development and modeling techniques and methods.
