Summary

Client Success Manager II at Jenzabar responsible for maintaining positive client relationships and maximizing product/service satisfaction for higher education institutions primarily in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania regions. This role serves as a critical liaison between Jenzabar and clients, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop strategic client relationships, conduct annual reviews, represent Jenzabar at regional conferences, and collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy. Collect client feedback, leverage data to personalize service delivery, and travel 25-50% annually to visit clients on campus in the US and Canada.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and deep understanding of the higher education industry and Jenzabar's third-party relationships. Experience as an Account Manager in higher education software/services and ability to manage multiple client accounts strategically.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with 2+ years of background in higher education and/or client services experience. Prior experience as an Account Manager for higher education-focused companies is preferred.
Location: Remote - United States (covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and limited international clients in Canada)
Compensation: $48,000 – $60,000/year

Job Description

A Client Success Manager II has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Services (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company; 2+ years). This role would cover clients primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and some international clients (limited travel to Canada).

Essential Tasks

  • Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between organization and clients
  • Leverage data captured in other areas of Jenzabar to personalize and address client’s needs and ROI
  • Client Service training for continuous improvement
  • Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts
  • Integral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish future sales
  • Collects feedback on how products are meeting the needs of the client and identifying how this can be improved
  • Represent Jenzabar at related regional conferences within your territory
  • Deeper level of understanding of our 3rd party relationships and opportunities & positioning
  • Visit clients on campus in the US and Canada annually
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Other tasks as assigned

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Background in Higher Education – understand industry
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education space is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

The pay range for this position is $48,000-$60,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
