About the Role: Reporting to the Manager – FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for global stakeholders. This role is part of a growing global shared services function and offers an opportunity to contribute to process standardization, financial insights, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, resolve variances, and support business decision-making through accurate reporting and insights. How You Will Make an Impact Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and forecasting activities Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and prepaid entries in line with accounting standards Analyze financial results against forecasts and identify key variances and insights Prepare reporting packs and provide data-driven analysis to stakeholders Drive standardization and improvement of FP&A processes across regions Support transition of new FP&A activities into shared services and document processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and improve workflows Maintain KPI reports and support audit requirements Contribute to process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements What We Are Looking For Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Experience working in global or shared services environments 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or shared services finance roles Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Experience working with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, TM1, EPM) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills We power infinite possibilities.
