Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver learning programs tailored to tax professionals at various career levels. Manage training initiatives, assess learning effectiveness, and collaborate with tax leadership to identify skill gaps and development needs.
Skills & Tools: Strong instructional design and training delivery capabilities with excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally, understand tax service delivery, and leverage learning technologies and adult learning principles.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, instructional design, or related field with 3-5 years of L&D experience. Prior experience in professional services or tax environments is preferred.
