Internship Overview: The Services Management team plays a critical role in ensuring high data integrity across our systems, enabling efficient and accurate support for sales, service delivery, marketing, and customer success. As a summer intern, you will work closely with the team to support the maintenance and enhancement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role will give you hands-on experience in online research, data verification, and CRM data entry, all aimed at improving the accuracy and usability of business data. This position will provide an opportunity for an individual that is detail-oriented, inquisitive, and enjoys diving into research and systems, to contribute to meaningful work that drives organizational impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with data collection and entry to ensure the accuracy of organizational records
- Support ongoing data integrity initiatives by researching and verifying college name, contact, and account information
- Conduct online research to validate and enrich existing CRM data
- Collaborate with Services Management, Marketing, Program, and Research team members on daily operational tasks and projects
- Identify data quality trends and report inconsistencies or improvement opportunities
- Conduct research and present findings
- Collaborate with team members on daily operations
Skills/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus but not required)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment
