Role Snapshot
Lead a team of MLOps Engineers and Architects at Western Governors University to build and deliver machine learning operations solutions. This role combines technical leadership with team development and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure timely, quality delivery of ML applications.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in MLOps, Agile methodologies (SCRUM, TDD), strong Python coding skills, and ML model management platform experience. Must demonstrate technical leadership, service provider mindset, and ability to understand business concepts with focus on end-user perspective.
Qualifications: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required. Significant experience in software engineering, MLOps architecture, and team management preferred.
