Senior Director of HR Operations at The Princeton Review leading excellence and efficiency across People Operations functions for a distributed workforce of 300+ corporate employees and thousands of instructors/tutors. This newly developed role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operations oversight, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee HR Operations including HR systems, payroll, compliance, compensation, and benefits while managing and developing the HR Business Partner team. Lead HR Business Partner functions across designated business segments, design scalable HR processes and policies, and partner with executive leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategies.
Skills & Tools: 15+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in HR operations, strong analytical and data skills, proven ability to influence and coach leaders, and demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. Experience with HR Business Partner models, complex multi-state workforce management, and strategic talent planning.
Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive HR experience with strong background in HR operations and preferred HR Business Partner experience. Advanced degree or equivalent professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) strongly preferred.
