Role Snapshot
Senior Recruiter at Superhuman (Grammarly) responsible for managing the full business recruiting funnel with focus on candidate experience and diversity initiatives. This role drives strategic sourcing, hiring manager partnerships, and process optimization to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority roles, build partnerships with hiring managers, design and improve screening and interview frameworks, analyze recruiting data, and develop diversity and inclusion initiatives across the recruiting journey.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, independent work ethic with proactive task management, project management and data analysis skills, passion for candidate experience and diversity/inclusion in recruiting, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $152Kβ$209K/yr
