The Training Specialist / Instructional Designer develops and maintains the enterprise curriculum library that supports AI and RPA training across all Air Combat Command wings. This is not a mobile training delivery role. Train-the-Trainer Coordination:

Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer certification programs that create sustainable training capacity at each ACC wing

This position ensures curriculum development and LMS operations run in parallel with no single-point-of-failure. When MTTs deploy, when VILT sessions launch, when wings request training materials, the content is ready, current, and accessible.
