Skills & Tools: Strong accounting and finance expertise with proficiency in financial analysis, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage competing responsibilities, maintain accuracy under time constraints, and communicate findings to support decision-making.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 3-5 years of financial reporting or accounting experience in a higher education or corporate environment. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting systems.
