Role Snapshot
Design and implement national leadership programs for FFA members in grades 5-12 and collegiate students to support personal and professional growth. This role is essential to cultivating the next generation of leaders through engaging, student-centered educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Manage planning and delivery of high-impact programs including Washington Leadership Conference, State Officer Programs, and National Convention events; oversee program logistics, budgets, timelines, and curriculum development. Monitor program performance using data and participant feedback, and assist with online learning platform management and digital tool integration.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, budget management, curriculum development, and digital tool proficiency including learning management systems. Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork, and solutions-focused problem-solving abilities are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, leadership, agricultural education, or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in program development and leadership training is necessary.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $50K–$75K/yr
