Role Overview
The NetSuite Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform. The role ensures system stability, data integrity, and effective user support, enabling the business to operate efficiently and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite, ensuring compliance with access controls and audit requirements.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, including customer and vendor data cleansing, de-duplication, and record accuracy.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of new General Ledger (GL) accounts and support financial structures.
- Provide timely support to resolve system issues, incidents, and errors.
- Assist with configuration changes, customisations, and system optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Provide support for third-party applications and integrations connected to NetSuite.
- Assist users with system guidance, training, and best practice recommendations.
- Document processes, procedures, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
