Lead hands-on implementation and ongoing management of enterprise systems and automation across project delivery, finance, vendor operations, and reporting. Drive operational efficiency through platform integration, workflow automation, and connected data flows.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and optimize project management platforms (monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.), build integrations across Salesforce and ERP systems, design automation workflows using Power Automate and APIs, and support Dynamics 365 ERP workflows. Own migration planning, testing, go-live activities, and build scalable reporting through Power BI while partnering with global stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ERP systems), hands-on experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks), proficiency in project management and reporting tools (Power BI, monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira), and strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Proven experience directly implementing enterprise systems, configuring workflows, managing integrations, and leading migration/testing/go-live activities. Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance through automation and data connectivity across multiple platforms.

Lead – Enterprise Systems & Automation | Onsite - Noida, India

Infopro Learning is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Systems & Automation Lead who can personally configure, integrate, automate, and operationalize the enterprise platforms that power project delivery, vendor operations, financial workflows, and reporting visibility across the business.

We are looking for a builder who has directly implemented systems, created workflows, built integrations, managed migrations/testing/go-live activities, and improved operational performance through automation and connected data flows.

You will lead implementation, integration, automation, and operational ownership across enterprise applications including project management platforms, ERP systems, CRM integrations, vendor workflows, and reporting environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead hands-on implementation and ongoing management of enterprise platforms supporting delivery, finance, vendor operations, and reporting

  • Personally configure and optimize project and task management systems such as monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms

  • Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, ERP systems, vendor workflows, reporting platforms, and operational tools

  • Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate, APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, or native connectors

  • Support Dynamics 365 or similar ERP workflows including vendor management, revenue operations, reconciliation, approvals, and reporting

  • Build scalable reporting and operational visibility through Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms

  • Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual workflows, spreadsheet dependency, duplicate data entry, and disconnected systems

  • Partner directly with global stakeholders across delivery, finance, operations, and leadership teams

  • Own migration planning, testing, go-live readiness, documentation, governance, stabilization, and operational support activities
