Role Snapshot
Support Specialist providing technical support for an AI-powered K-3 literacy tutoring platform, serving as the primary technical liaison between the company and school districts in New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver rapid and accurate technical support to assigned districts, serve as primary technical liaison with district IT departments, and ensure seamless operation of the tutoring platform while removing technology-related barriers to success.
Skills & Tools: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, Jira) and remote support tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical users. Familiarity with K-12 school district IT environments, SIS platforms (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus), and rostering standards (OneRoster, Clever) is preferred.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or EdTech company. Must be based in New Mexico or surrounding area with willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Location: New Mexico
Compensation: $70K–$80K/yr
